After graduating from USC, Carrie worked for a real estate developer before her career evolved into the sales side of real estate. Her time in the real estate industry totals almost two decades of experience, all of which has been spent in the Los Angeles market.
Carrie was recognized as a top producing agent in every office she’s been in, having accomplished many milestone and notable sales in several areas during her career. She left Compass in 2018 to join Douglas Elliman and was recruited to join the esteemed Eklund Gomes team that same year.
Carrie brings great energy, knowledge, and dedication to each transaction and every client. In 2018 alone, she was recognized again as a top producing broker in her office, having closed more than $85,000,000 in volume.
The fast-paced Los Angeles real estate marketis quickly evolving. An expanding seller population has to compete for the interest of a progressively shrinking buyer pool. In order to secure the highest purchase price in the quickest amount of time, now more than ever, it is imperative for sellers to be armed with the best representation available and the most accurate, up-to-the-moment information about the daily real estate market updates and challenging financial market conditions which can affect a home’s marketability and closing.
Carrie believes that proper exposure and marketing, along with a knowledgeable, experienced, and appropriately assertive agent who is well-connected and well-respected in the agent community, are imperative components to listing and ultimately selling a property for the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time.
